Dominick’s impressive culinary journey includes working with celebrity chefs Jose Garces in Philadelphia and Wolfgang Puck in Las Vegas. His experience with these renowned chefs has equipped him with unparalleled expertise and a unique perspective that he brings to Bobby Chez.

Under Dominick’s leadership, Bobby Chez Crabcakes is embarking on a comprehensive growth strategy that includes introducing exciting new services and options, establishing robust wholesale verticals, and reimagining our social media and online presence. These initiatives aim to help cooks, families, and foodies prepare gourmet meals in their home kitchens.

Dominick is joined by his family, who bring their own rich expertise to Bobby Chez. Maria Leonetti, with her extensive background in human resources, restaurant operations, and marketing; Alyssa Leonetti, who excels in sales, social media management, and customer service with over 15 years of experience; and Dominick Leonetti, Jr., who has over 30 years of sales and business management experience.
