About Bobby

    

Robert Sliwowski (aka Bobby Chez) began his culinary career cooking burgers with his mother  on the 9^th hole of Woodcrest Country Club.  This led to Bobby’s 20 years as head chef and proprietor of the famed Chez Robert restaurant in Westmont, NJ.  Although Chez Robert closed its doors in 1995, it is still revered by many as the epitome of fine dining.  South Jersey residents recall the elegance and attention to detail, not to mention the perfection which remains the hallmark of Bobby Chez Crabcakes today!
