Shipping

To ensure top quality, Bobby Chez ships orders fresh once a week. All orders received on or before Tuesday at 12:00 PM Eastern Time will ship on Wednesday for delivery to your door by Friday. Orders received after Tuesday at 12:00 PM Eastern Time will ship the following week.

Shipping & Packaging Materials

Your shipping purchase covers both carrier delivery and the specialized packaging materials required to help keep your order fresh and properly chilled during transit. Depending on the order, destination, and time of year, these materials may include insulated foam packaging, dry ice, and other protective materials.

If your shipment contains dry ice, please handle it carefully and follow all safety instructions included with your order.
